They are considered the most popular brand in Detroit and was initially created back in 1926. The Detroit Red Wings have managed to win the hockey championship a total of 11 times and boast with the highest number of wins when it comes to the Stanley Cup competition. They have claimed the President’s Trophy a total of 6 times and won the conference championships six times as well along with the division championships a total of 19 times. Their rivals are the Boston Bruins, Chicago Blackhawks, Montreal Canadiens, New York Rangers, and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
